 South Lubes, Inc. is seeking Store Managers with the potential

 to move into District Management for our Jiffy Lube locations in the Charleston, SC area.

The Jiffy Lube career ladder, as well as our fast-track development programs, offers a challenge from entry level of operation to grow and achieve success.  Along with competitive pay and outstanding advancement potential, full-time J-Team members learn technical and managerial skills.

Store Managers work on cars alongside J-Team Technicians with additional duties including hiring, training, coaching and counseling employees. For this position it is very helpful to have retail management experience.  Lube center experience is a plus, but we have had success training people from many other fields.  Our highest paid Regional Mangers started their careers in stores and were promoted up the career path to District Manager and on to Regional Manager.

Overall responsibility of a Jiffy Lube Service Center would include but not be limited to the following:

·        Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction

·        Management of 5 to 10 team members

·        Opening and closing of the service center

·        Inventory control
