Requirements
To qualify for the Conrad’s team as a successful Store Leader, you will combine your passion for sales with the desire to provide unsurpassed, positive customer service to our customers. You will also possess a strong sense of fair play, honesty and integrity that is demonstrated on a daily basis with your customers and team members. And, you will have a proven track record of managing and building a loyal customer following.

If you have at least 5 years of successful retail-sales and management experience, in a related or non-related field, with transferable skills and a desire to advance your career, we would like to speak with you.
