Loehmann's is currently searching for a seasoned Store Manager for our store in Huntington Beach, CA.

Job Requirements:

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for merchandise sales, expense management, and achievement of profitability goals, along with customer satisfaction and associate morale.

The dedicated dynamic leader we select will enjoy the idea of operating one of our stores with the same enthusiasm and professionalism they would put into a business of their own. The candidate of choice will have a demonstrated track record of success in retail management with at least 3+ years experience running a 4+ million dollar RTW business.

The qualified candidate will possess the following :

Ability to select, coach and develop an effective management staff.
Ensure consistency of merchandising standards.
Experience with hiring, training, payroll, scheduling.
Superior customer service.
Strong people and leadership skills.
Long term goals to grow within the company.
