
Retail Store Manager
Bridgeport, WV.
The successful store manager candidate will have 3+ years of fast-paced management experience in a "SKU" intensive environment. Proven leadership skills and previous P&L responsibility are also essential. The Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting and hiring creative, friendly, guest service focused team members. They will also need to be able to lead and motivate your team to retain strong performers. While not required, the ability to relocate will enhance your future advancement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS - STORE MANAGER
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to:
Provide clear direction and goals to be accomplished by team members.
Enthusiastically lead and motivate team members.
Act decisively with a sense of urgency.
Analyze sales information to maximize sales per square foot.
Be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and maximizing profits.
