Summary

As a Co-Manager you will work with girl's and guy's fashions that change everyday with the trends of the market and be fully responsible for sales generation, loss prevention, cost control, merchandising and visual presentation. You will develop and lead your team to drive for results and create an outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Results Orientation

·         Drive and maximize store sales to achieve goals which include matrixes for sales, UPT, ADS and fragrance

·         Control and minimize shrink to meet company expectations

·         Plan and control payroll within budget

·         Achieve accuracy in executing markdowns, shipping, receiving, and cash control

Customer Focus

·         Ensure customer satisfaction through training, development and example

·         Provide positive resolutions to challenges and complaints from customers

·         Follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment

Visual Presentation

·         Execute company directives for product placement, display, and signage

·         Maintain company standards for cleanliness and organization

Managing People

·         Recruit, hire, develop, and retain qualified associates to ensure staffing needs are consistently met

·         Assess performance and motivate store team members to reach their potential

·         Train, coach and counsel store team

·         Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback and innovation

Qualifications

·         At least 2 years of soft-lines retail management experience

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong visual merchandising skills

·         Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to lead and manage a team

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
