Job Description

Store Manager - Massena, NY

We are currently seeking candidates for Store Manager at our F.Y.E. store located in Massena, NY.


You will be responsible for maximizing profits through effective management of the entire store within company guidelines, while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. You will also be building your knowledge in order to fast forward your career with us!


Preferred Store Manager Candidates will possess:


• 2 years' prior retail store experience as an Assistant Manager or key holder in retail setting.


• A strong dedication to customer service.


• Dynamic leadership and communication skills.


• Proven ability to recruit and develop a strong sales staff.
