Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day operational functions of the store.
Recruit & hire quality associates.
Provide first rate coaching & training.
Achieve all budgeted sales & profit goals.
Control expenses.
Maintain proper inventory levels.
Demonstrate appropriate visual merchandising standards.
Exhibit exceptional customer service.
Display strong sales capabilities.
Perform back office duties.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and controls.
Requirements:
5 years previous retail or restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal & written communication skills.
Expertise in customer service and selling.
Able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Time management skills.
Proficient with MS Word programs & email.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
Frequent lifting of 1-5 pounds with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Constant standing, bending, reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
