 The requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• Must be Mechanically Equipped
  
• Outside Proven Sales Experience
  
• Great Leadership Skills
  
•  The Ability to Motivate and Manage a Team of 10+ Employees
  
• The Ability to Increase Profitability and Gain Additional Clients
  
• Agriculture Experience is Preferred, but not Required.
  
• College Degree is Preferred, but not Required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Hiring and Training of Staff

·        Managing Daily Operations

·        Inventory Management

·        Designing and Implementing a Plan to Increase Sales

·        Merchandising

·        Customer Service

·        Understand and gain knowledge of agriculture irrigation equipment.

Location:

Eastern Montana

Compensation:

45K-60K
