Store Manager

We are currently in search of a Store Manager who is looking to join a passionate team who are focused, energetic, and provide superb customer service. This is an opportunity to gain a rewarding management opportunity.
The requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
- Must be Mechanically Equipped
- Outside Proven Sales Experience
- Great Leadership Skills
- The Ability to Motivate and Manage a Team of 10+ Employees
- The Ability to Increase Profitability and Gain Additional Clients
- Agriculture Experience is Preferred, but not Required.
- College Degree is Preferred, but not Required
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Hiring and Training of Staff
· Managing Daily Operations
· Inventory Management
· Designing and Implementing a Plan to Increase Sales
· Merchandising
· Customer Service
· Understand and gain knowledge of agriculture irrigation equipment.
Location:
Eastern Montana
Compensation:
45K-60K
