As a Store Manager you will be responsible for:
· Creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers
· Driving sales while controlling costs
· Building a strong store team through hiring, training and developing
· Managing operations including merchandise management, promotional setup, loss prevention and profit improvement.
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for:
· Welcoming customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
· Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
· Advising customers by providing information on products
