Job Description
The Talbots Store Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all management within a single concept store. This position is accountable for sales achievement, outstanding customer service and visual presentation, maximizing profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Qualifications include excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional candidate qualifications include an outgoing, motivated approach with assertive, independent decision-making skills. Ability to travel may be required and ability to relocate is desirable.
