Store Sales Manager operates specialty retail store within the company’s guidelines and policies.  The store sales manager is responsible for:

• Improving store volume and profit


• Meeting and exceeding budgets established by the corporate office


• Maintaining gross margins as defined by the corporate office


• Keeping expenses to a minimum


• Acquiring and maintaining outside sales


• In-store merchandising according to corporate direction


• Excellent customer service

Requirements:

¨      Minimum of 2 years retail management experience

¨      Base salary plus bonus opportunity

¨      40-hour work week (typically)
