Store Manager - Houston, TX

Kiehl's Since 1851 is looking for a dynamic and sales driven Store Manager for the Houston retail store in Texas.

JOB SUMMARY
Manage store personnel and oversee in-store operations, achieve sales, customer service satisfaction and profitability goals while complying with company policies and procedures. Develop and execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the company strategy. He/She will be responsible for product and brand image presentations. Conduct oneself with integrity, respect and professionalism.


JUDGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING
-Strong entrepreneurial skills with knowledge of competitive marketplace, development of business relationships in the community and establishment of outreach initiatives to attract and strengthen customer base.
-Demonstrated ability to compile, analyze and plan statistics for business reports and budget projections
-Ability to recruit, evaluate and develop talent
-Achieve store's payroll budget goals through effective staffing and sales productivity
-Capability to influence peers and senior management
-Uphold and implement education values and ongoing training

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum of 5 years managing a luxury brand freestanding retail location
-College Degree in Business or closely related field preferred
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams
-Strong business analytical skills and entrepreneurial skills to analyze and influence business performance
-Knowledge of the competitive environment
-History of holding positions of increasing responsibility
-Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work nights and weekends
