We’re a top 20 ENR Environmental Consultant with offices all over the US. We have a regional water resources practice centered in Indianapolis with projects and clients all over the region. The practice includes stormwater and stormwater planning, master planning and modeling. You have experience managing a staff of 15+ engineers in multiple locations – can manage a P&L, and have successful experience hiring and staffing projects. You understand the hydrologic cycle and know how to help a local government plan and assess their need and design systems. You’ll manage a large backlog as well as help to grow the practice. You are a hands on engineer who is a technical resource and has experience working with and mentoring Junior Staff.

Job Requirements:  Must have a BS Civil Engineering and a PE.  You have at least 8 years experience, with at least 2 years as a manager of a group or a small office and have experience as .a consulting engineer. Your experience will include a well rounded water resources background working with municipalities in the mid-west as well as the Corps of Engineers and state water resource agencies.  You understand the hydrologic cycle, you have experience helping clients assess their need, plan and design systems, establish a stormwater utility and even help set rates, You’ve done master planning and modeling and even some FEMA mapping work.
