Position Description:                                                                                                                      

As a Strategic Account Manager with Acronis you will have the proven ability to work the sales process beginning with qualifying leads that come in all the way through to closing the sale.  Work with our Channel Partners with specific strategic accounts to maximize optimal sales opportunities for both yourself and our resellers. The ideal candidate will possess high energy, an aggressive sales attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced inside sales environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Drive revenue by taking sales direct and by collaborating with Channel Partners as appropriate

Ø  Metrics driven position centered around monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets

Ø  Outbound calling/dials measured daily to insure maximum productivity for increased success

Ø  Set strategy and tactics for managing specific customers and associated sales revenue in the territory.

Ø  As a trusted advisor you will be responsible for understanding your customer base and areas where you can increase sales while keeping the highest in customer satisfaction

Ø  We are looking for someone that possess unique selling techniques in order to land and expand our presence and products within your focused set of accounts or territory

Ø  Manage the Salesforce database by keeping records current and using the information to your advantage to up sell into existing accounts while also working with new leads  uncovering the right decision makers within those accounts

Ø  Stay current on the competition, email and web based content security technology and what is going on in the marketplace.

 

Qualifications:

 

Ø  3+ years of sales experience in the software industry

Ø  Infrastructure software sales experience a plus

Ø  Understanding of entire sales process and moving prospects through the pipeline from qualification to closed sales

Ø  Proven ability to qualify and close opportunities over the phone

Ø  A “whatever it takes to get the job done” work ethic

Ø  Detail oriented and organized

Ø  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ø  Bachelor Degree

Ø  Must have working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (salesforce.com preferred)

Objectives:

 

The Inside Account Manager for Acronis will report to the Inside Sales Manager within a specific territory and will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.  Compensation will include base pay plus commissions.
