Summary
- Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships within a specific geographic territory
- Manage all day-to-day operations associated with existing campaigns, including:
- Build solid customer relationships and act as point person for customer questions and concerns
- Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts
- Fulfill campaign/client reporting requests
- Contribute to ASL’s development within the industry by externally advocating a thorough understanding of the online advertising industry, our clients’ objectives and strategies, and ASL’s market position and opportunities
Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned territory revenue is preserved and/or increased month to month, quarter to quarter, etc.
- Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships within a specific geographic territory
- Work with Sales team and other departments to assist in the creation of client proposals and Media Plans
- Create internal Orders and Insertion Orders (and revisions) and adhere to defined business processes
- Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process, including inventory for IO revisions based on campaign delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations associated with existing campaign by successfully and proactively:
- Build solid customer relationships and act as point person for client questions and concerns
- Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts
- Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/Agencies
- Collect creative from client, verify specifications and follow defined creative/Traffic process
- Track campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing traffic; suggesting changes to the client and working across internal departments to implement the optimization plans in order to meet the contractual obligations of both IAC and the advertiser (client)
- Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery through campaign delivery reporting
- Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations
- Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities for existing campaign and present to client
- Upsell and renew existing campaigns/clients
- Has accountability for accuracy and maintenance of weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting pertaining to clients
- Manage several campaigns while concurrently assisting to prospect for new business
- Interact with Accounting department in regards to Client Credit and Billing requests/issues, in addition to providing monthly billing information for applicable clients, ensure invoice/billing discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
- Respond quickly to ASL and client needs with a sense of urgency
- Work with several internal departments such as Legal, Finance, Ad Operations, Marketing and Sales Development
- Work closely with regional account management team members to ensure proper cover of all regional accounts, as well as share best practices
