Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify how current and emerging online technology, applications and trends can be translated into online banking products. Fully develop a concept from a creative idea to the point of implementation.

  • For a new concept, may need to conduct industry analysis; create a business case; define initial business requirements; lay out high level risk and risk mitigation components; and identify high level technical challenges and architectural approach.

  • Manage one or more existing online money movement products. (Note: Specific product assignment will depend on skills and team structure at time of hiring).

  • Create concise, compelling written documents (presentations or otherwise) to present to senior management.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Participate as subject matter expert and key stakeholder for relative project work.  

  • Work with Corporate Internet Group (CIG) and other SIG resources for technical and project management support.

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with lines of business supported by SIG, with CIG Relationship Managers and with CIG technical groups as required.

  • May need to work with vendors; performing new vendor analysis, managing relationship, managing initial product integration requirements.


  • 8+ years in Financial services industry

  • 3 - 5 years experience related to move money or payment services

  • 1+ years of product management experience

  • Strong knowledge of current online and mobile applications and trends

  • Strong written presentation skills

  • Undergraduate degree required - MBA preferred
