Infrastructure Operations
Our Infrastructure Operations service line enhances the success of outsourcing and off shoring initiatives through managing service provides from selection through to implementation and monitoring.  In addition, our team assists clients develop a Shared Services organization and improves back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes.  We also maximize the value of our clients' real estate portfolios and improve the performance of clients' real estate operations.

Experience Qualifications
6 Years+ of Consulting and/or Industry Experience
 
Required Skills/Capabilities
- Providing subject matter expertise in the Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry
- Creating Core vs. Non-Core Assessments
- Analyzing outsourcing trends
- Applying practical experience with the full lifecycle of BPO / ITO / AMO / F&A transactions for client projects
- Managing RFP/RFI process, including contract development and negotiations
- Managing process and content through storyboarding
- Devising and delivering key messages to clients
- Driving decision making processes to assist clients with next step conclusions
- Identifying potential add on opportunities with existing clients
- Depth in at least one
functional area or in one phase of methodology
 
Essential Functions of the Job
Managers are responsible for leading delivery of projects or subsets of projects.  Managers are also responsible to coach and develop junior staff and are expected to participate in OAS practice initiatives.
