The Role: As a Student Service Representative you will join an international team and your responsibilities will include, but not limited to proactively responding to client queries and building up the company brand. This position aims to motivate prospective international students in achieving their educational goals. As Student Service Representative, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to handle all aspects of the online recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Also, you will generate revenue for a fast-growing, international business, contributing to its development.

• Making a sufficient number of outbound e-mails & calls to effectively manage new student inquiries
  
  
  
  
  
• Follow up prospective students to determine their educational background and future goals and objectives
  
  
  
  
  
• Explaining how Zoni Language Centers programs can help students achieve goals and objectives and recommending appropriate courses of study & Campus
  
  
  
  
  
• Pursuing qualified students for enrollment into an appropriate campus & program
  
  
  
  
  
• Assisting prospective students with application process and reviewing qualifications for admission
  
  
  
  
  
• Ensuring completion of students admissions files and assisting students with initial campus arriving process
  
  
  
  
  
• Achieving weekly, monthly & quarterly registration goals and developing personal referrals
  

• Multi-lingual (preferably Spanish/Korean/Japanese/French/Italian)
  
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  
  
  
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts/Computer savvy
  
  
  
  
  
• Proactive with a team spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions
  
  
  
  
  
• Flexible attitude towards work
  

• Experience of working or studying abroad
  
  
  
  
  
• Marketing/business Administration/Equivalent degree
  
  
  
  
  
• Online sales experience ideally gained while working within an aggressive sales office environment
  

In order to liaise with Zoni sales efforts or senior management this position will require occasional international travel.
