Electronics, Intelligence & Support (EI&S) designs, develops, and produces electronic systems and subsystems for military and commercial applications and provides information technology, through-life support, ship repair, and other technical and professional services to the U.S. national security and federal civilian communities.

Basic knowledge of FAR/DFAR and UCC to include experience with Cost, Fixed Price and T&M type contracts. Interface with multiple cost plus and fixed price subcontractors, projects and priorities simultaneously, prior to and after award of contract with terms and conditions and RFQs. Prepare detailed, accurate cost and price analysis and Excel spreadsheets for preparation of proposals. Assure key documents and production schedules are provided to subcontractors upon award. Maintain a high volume of purchase order files meeting CPSR standards. Track subcontractor data, maintain Excel database reports, write purchase order justifications, reconcile subcontractor invoices, perform job close-out, and maintain subcontractor insurance, safety and environmental compliance. Work independently and handle complex solicitations. Interact with ship superintendents and contract administrators as primary contractual point of contact in dealing with subcontractor issues. Monitor and negotiate performance of subcontractors. Maintain electronic filing and maintenance of records.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word. US Contract Management Certificate preferred.
