This position will report to the Branch Manager
General Responsibilities:
- Provide technical interviewing in support of hiring of all disciplines with in the Aviation Maintenance area.
- Interface with client managers
- Answer questions with regard to job requirements as needed by the Recruiters.
- Recruit candidates
Required Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of aircraft maintenance either with an airline or FBO or as an Instructor/Trainer.
- Must have a valid A+P License.
- Must be articulate and posses communication skills at a level to effectively communicate with client senior management.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team.
- Must be willing to work evenings/weekends when conducting interviews.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Clear Driving Record (DMV "Clear" or "Zero" points in a point state)
- Valid Insurance
- Wide range of experience covering several of the maintenance skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Further credentials in training or additional certifications a plus.
- 4 year degree a plus.
- Valid FCC License
- IA
