The Summer Intern program gives students the opportunity to work with in a challenging environment. Positions are available in several business critical areas, such as marketing, logistics, and procurement. In addition to gaining marketable experience in a professional setting, students participating in the program have an opportunity to participate in structured projects under the guidance of a Covidien mentor, which is then presented to a Company-wide audience.
The Business Intern contributes significantly to a defined project, which includes the identification of data sources, and the assembly and evaluation of information. Following evaluation of data, the intern then makes recommendations and prepares a final report under the guidance of a mentor.
Requirements:
-Minimum Junior level standing
-Excellent academic record
-Demonstrated core competencies, communication and leadership skills
