We are currently recruiting for our Columbia, South Carolina job site. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Water/Waste Water Construction Superintendent with our rapidly growing ENR 400 Construction Company. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all jobsite field personnel on assigned Water and Wastewater treatment plant construction projects.

• Maintain quality
• Maintain a safe work place
• Short term scheduling (3 week schedule)
• Manpower and equipment resource requirements scheduling (equipment rental log)
• Coordination of permit and regulatory inspections
• Project set up and temporary facilities (site utilization plan)
• Field documents control
• Daily Reports in Expedition
• Progress photographs
• Material handling (receiving & inventory, storage, spare parts (logs)
• Layout (use of survey equipment)
• QC Pretask meetings with PM's & subs
• QC Pretask meetings with internal crews for self performed work
• Subcontract coordination
• Jobsite hiring, when required
• In-Place quantity reporting
• As-Built drawings (maintained weekly)
• Participate in post-construction review
• Field purchases
• Material delivery coordination
• Client & RPR relations
• Time sheets (hh2) Weekly
• Small tool management
• Knowledge of contract documents
• Jobsite security
• Craft worker evaluations & changes
• Foreman & Craft worker training
• Participate in Pre-Job Planning meeting

5-7 years construction experience with 2 years as an Assistant Superintendent or Craft Foreman.
Prior experience managing field teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and knowledge or Timberline and/or Expedition
Valid South Carolina Drivers License and the ability to commute to job sites.
