Supervisor- Accounts Payable In this role, you will partner with our outsource provider to identify and implement process improvements and resolve issues in the Accounts Payable area. This will encompass, but not limited to, traveling globally in order to successfully partner with outsource provider; acting as the global resource/problem solver regarding SAP transaction processing issues within SAP, and working with internal and external resources to resolve system issues; monitoring and managing external resources performance against established goals and benchmarks, and ensuring compliance against contractual obligations and controls; analyzing monthly SLA/KPI/Metrics reporting; and monitoring & developing appropriate SOP documentation.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • 6 - 10 years experience.
  • Familiarity with managing outsourcing/off-shoring relationships.
  • Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
  • Greenbelt certification and CPA preferred.
  • Able to challenge the status quo and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time).
