Supervisor, Contract AdministrationFind your Path to Success at American Greetings
Job Description- The Supervisor, Contract Administration, is responsible for administering complex and diverse contracts with major retail partners. Job duties include: - Administering aspects of American Greetings' retailer contracts including timely and accurate calculation and payment of terms, volume tracking and contract interpretation; - Calculation of monthly accruals related to contract terms and variance analysis of monthly financials; - Developing annual plans and quarterly estimates of contract expenses; - Supervising Contract Analysts, including review and approval of all submitted work; - Frequent interaction with Sales managers and executives, Financial Administration, Accounting, Retailer Contract Management, Retailer Financial Services and Legal departments; - Involvement in the development of new methodologies to improve the Contract Administration process. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business(financial orientation preferred) and the following skills and experience: - 5 plus years of increasingly responsible business experience; - Previous supervisory experience; - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - Familiarity with GEAC, COGNOS, Access databases and FOCUS reporting preferred.
