As a member of the store leadership team, the primary objectives of this position are to increase sales, control expenses and sell distressed product by assisting the store manager with front end operations, ensuring the customer has a positive experience by providing training and coaching. Will assist in other areas as needed, such as overseeing specific departments. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Education/Experience: Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-5. 4-year college degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Retail merchandising experience required, apparel experience preferred. Skills: Solid technical experience with ability to operate store computer and systems
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong merchandising skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional customer service and training skills
Strong leadership ability.
