Job Description
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment, which includes areas such as health plan capitation, managed care accounts payable, managed care accounts receivable and purchasing. The Finance Operations Supervisor will focus on day to day operational efficiencies and build relationships with other departments that are impacted by finance transactions. The Finance Operations Supervisor is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the standards, activities and policies of the team.
Skills Required
| College degree from an accredited program and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. |
| Excellent knowledge of the manage care/health care industry. |
| Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in related setting with six (6) or more staff. |
| Proficient in computer systems (Access, Excel, and Word), IDX a plus. |
| Highly organized, detail oriented and an expert with the departmental standard operating procedures. |
| Ability to work in a team environment and manage direct reports. |
| Solid written and verbal communication skills required. |
| Ability to interact with others on all levels both internally and externally. |
| Ability to lead projects and prioritize duties required. |
