State Auto Insurance Company, a ninety-one-year-old, A rated (Excellent) property-casualty insurance company has an opening for an experienced Print & Imaging Services Supervisor to work in our Columbus, Ohio, headquarters. This position reports to the Manager Office Services. It supervises processes for Enterprise Production Printing, Outgoing Mail processing, and electronic document processing for archiving and delivery.

Qualified applicants should possess an Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years experience using/managing production Xerox copier/printers and high volume mailing inserters is necessary. Complete knowledge of document scanning technology and workflows in an electronic environment is required. Knowledge of the rules, operations and organization of the United States Postal Service is also necessary.  Knowledge of incoming/outgoing mail services practices, procedures and equipment is required. Five years experience in supervision of employees is necessary.  Good written and verbal communication skills are required and should be clear, concise and grammatically correct. A strong concept of teamwork and the ability to effectively collaborate with co-workers in order to successfully complete assigned tasks is necessary.  Listening skills are needed to understand and complete assigned work. Good analytical skills are required to assist in research and problem resolution. The ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure efficient and timely completion is also necessary.
