The Road to Success Starts Here! AAA - Hawaii is seeking a career-minded individual for our Tow Station Relations Supervisor opportunity in HONOLULU, HAWAI'I. Primary job duties include: Providing oversight of roadside assistance provided to members by independent contract stations, ensuring quality member service and adherence to established AAA policies and procedures. Ensuring optimum service levels by expanding network capacity and monitoring service KPI's and delivery throughout the state of Hawaii.
Serving as liaison among AAA, independent contract stations, district offices, and members to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction.
Primary responsibility and assignment to the specialty member service products which includes RV, Locksmith, Plus and Premier Member benefit products, and the Club's dedicated light service model.
Job Requirements:
Successful candidates have:
· Experience in Vendor/Contract Management
· Experience in consulting, coaching, managing and leading teams
· Experience in an automotive related area
· Experience or expertise in small business administration
· Strong Customer service experience and customer
· Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Demonstrated experience as problem-solver and conceptual thinker
· Experience working with financial and quantitative data
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to function in results-oriented work environment
· PC skills, including Microsoft office suite
