LOCATION: Troy, MI 48007









Job Description:



Raytheon Professional Services, LLC is looking to add a Supervisor/Training & Development to our team. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager and is responsible for day to day operations for development and delivery of training materials for a Technical Call center.. The courseware may be designed for many different industries and is delivered hands on. This individual is responsible for ensuring that training materials are instructionally-sound, communicate learning concepts effectively to hold audience attention, and have been reviewed for technical accuracy.







Required Skills:

-



Ability to research content and glean information from technical, soft skill, and business documentation, engineering, personnel,suppliers, or other technical subject matter experts and pass it on to the instructors that need it.

-



Ability to organize content to support learning objectives

-



Ability to organize content of future courseware for vehicles still in development

-



Accept responsibility for courseware development, timelines, and budget avtivities as assigned

-



Effectively work as a member of a cross-functional team to ensure training materials target training and business requirements and meet all quality control standards

-



Ability to organize and lay out content with focus on accuracy

-



Some knowledge of call center operations and the needs required for training such a group

-



Ability to perform design/development duties within a pre-established timeline, with pilot and delivery following development.

Excellent software skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-



Limited travel to support development and validation of course materials may be required.

Working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical vehicle systems.

-



Ability to develop and deliver all courseware if necessary.

-



ASE Master Technician certification



Desired Skills:

-



Ability to work with a diverse group/s of professionals, across multiple teams, to ensure project requirements are met and



provide excellent customer service for all parties





-



Minimum of ten years work experience in a automobile dealership environment-preferred GM World Class Technician

-



Minimum of two years supervisory experience-call center preferred

-



Working knowledge of Hybrid Electrical systems with focus on safety

Working knowledge of a learning management system



Required Education:





High School Graduate, Associates degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent work experience will be accepted
