Winston-Salem Cardiology in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time PA to supervise the Electrophysiology Department and Arrhythmia Lab.  Successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Electrophysiology and Arrhythmia Services Department at Winston-Salem Cardiology, including Pacemaker, ICDs; supervising the clinics arrhythmia management, pacemaker and defibrillation implantation program; and supervising the Electrophysiology Clinic nursing staff. Other duties will include obtaining complete history and physical data on patients and recording findings; ordering appropriate lab and diagnostic procedures; performing independent evaluations and treatment procedures in emergency situations; and providing and monitoring continuity of care between physician visits.

Requirements

·          3-5 years experience working in Electrophysiology clinic or as a device specialist required.

·          Cardiology experience preferred.

·          Must be licensed and certified to practice in NC. Certification required.
