Supervisory RN - Personal Care Assistant Agency

Proven and stable Personal Care Assistant Agency in St. Paul seeking a Supervisory RN to serve clients with physical and mental disabilities in the Twin Cities metro area and greater MN.  Our mission is to assist people with disabilities in their efforts to live in the community as independently as possible.  Experience with in home care and people with disabilities is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

    *Client visits

    *Charting

    *Developing Care Plans

    *Creating and updating files diligently

    *Effective communication with case workers and health professionals

    *Training of PCA'S

    *Ordering medical supplies for clients

Qualifications:

    *Current RN license and CPR/AED certification

    *Moderate computer skills

    *Self Starter

    *Independent Worker

    *Excellent problem solving skills

    *Well organized

    *Knowledge of people with disabilities

    *Good oral and written communication skills

    *Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes

    35-40 hours/week, health insurance
