Description

Candidate will work with a team of project managers and will report directly to the manager of Supplies, Logistics, and Integrations.  The applicant will be responsible for ad-hoc SQL programming, software procedure programming and software Database Build and Maintenance.  Responsibilities for this position include programming in PL/SQL and/or SQL for ad-hoc reports [e.g metric reports from the backend proprietary software tables], working with the Integration of data to deploy SQL reports/SQL code to users via integrated review.  The candidate is also responsible for building and designing clinical studies in customized, proprietary software as well as, responsible for the documentation, development of any maintenance related materials and maintenance of the customized, proprietary software.

Candidate will build ad hoc reports in integrated review.  Training and mentoring in IR will be provided to candidate.   Candidate will be expected to contribute in refining current database Administration process, as well as revamping and developing old/new processes to increase efficiency.

Role & Responsibility

• Ensure Data Change Forms or DCFs are completed in a timely manner.
  
• Liaise with project manager’s to assist in technical discussions.
  
• Work with programmer and study specific project manager to understand the product requirements and how projects will integrate into future Numoda products.
  
• Understand the Numoda Standard Operating Procedures to insure that all work is done in compliance with these procedures.
  
• Prepare and perform code reviews of work within the product team.
  
• Mange projects and other tasks on time with little supervision.
  
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Experience & Qualification

• A Bachelor’s Degree or local equivalent in computer science, information systems/technology, or a related discipline, relevant work experience may be substituted.
  
• Successful candidates will also have very strong communication skills.
  
• Understanding parent-child, and many-to-many relationships, and also referential integrity (Foreign Keys).
  
• Demonstrated experience with databases for Interactive Voice Response Systems and/or Interactive Web Response Systems is preferred.
  
• Demonstrated use of best practices for Data Modeling design and implementation.
  
• SQL Programmer w/ OOP Procedural experience
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with T-SQL or equivalent applicable experience.
  
• Ability to successfully balance multiple projects, timelines and liaise successfully with other team members.
