DFW Distribution company seeking experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR's) to join our growing company. Our CSR’s are responsible for interacting with customers, handling inbound & outbound calls, order entry, documenting, fact finding, and problem solving for a varied customer base. Our CSR's work directly with customers and various departments within the company to coordinate in resolving customer service issues in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. They take a one call approach to problem solving. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and cooperate are a must. To be considered please have the following qualifications:
Excellent communication & problem solving skills
High school diploma. Associates degree preferred
2 + years experience in a customer service capacity
