
Supply Chain Team Leader

In a fast paced, team based, shipping environment facilitate and coordinate the activities of a functional area on a three-shift, twenty four-hour operation. Ensure the maximum efficiency of the operation while maintaining compliance with established safety, quality, material usage, sanitation, budget and scheduling guidelines in line with World Class Manufacturing Strategy. Must exhibit high level management and leadership qualities while overseeing and building various teams. Must be able to align various internal and external resources in order to ensure high quality and the achievement of Organizational goals. Must have an understanding of maintenance concepts for Food Grade Manufacturing equipment including skills in maintenance routines and practices. Must be able to analyze shipping, production, maintenance reports and other business data to recognize, address adverse trends and act accordingly to achieve positive business results. Develop and implement operational procedures to eliminate inefficiencies and drive improve performance. Uphold and facilitate strict compliance with Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) regulations as well as existing Labor Agreements. Work to develop team member competencies relative to business initiatives as well as developing and achieving team goals which support plant objectives while driving accountability across team and peer. Must exhibit solid organization skills as well as possessing a high degree of self-management abilities that will adapt successfully to changing business needs. Successful candidate will be able to provide a wide range of multi-disciplined business and operational services while displaying integral personal, training, facilitation and overall verbal/written communication skills.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent education/work experience required. 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
