Put a LIFT in Your Career!  NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of Hyster^®, Yale brand industrial lift trucks and a subsidiary of NACCO Industries, is currently seeking a Supply Manager, Americas Division in Greenville, NC. 

This senior level position reporting to the Director of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring supply of all manufacturing plants.  Once familiar with current methods and processes you will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost and supply chain improvements.   As Supply Manager, Americas Division you are accountable for the leadership, performance and development of the 17 person Supply Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivery of all direct purchased products required to maintain the build schedules of each of the regional Plants
• Effective management of regional working capital ensuring that inventory is managed at the lowest possible levels
• Develop improved Supply Chain flow and create improved communication links with our supply base and our Plant’s regionally
• Develop and support Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and pull system
• SAP/SRM utilization and compliance

Must Have Successfully Demonstrated:

• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
• Proven track record with global supply base in multi-site environment
• Advanced knowledge of inventory management principles and proven track record of inventory reduction
• Thorough knowledge of MRP along with integration of lean replenishment systems
• Process driven and team oriented

Minimum Qualifications:

·        MBA or Masters Degree Preferred; BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management required

·        APICS Certification a plus

·        Minimum 10 years in a supply/materials environment

·        4-8 years management experience

·        Experience with Lean & Six Sigma Principles

·        SAP experience a plus

·        Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M) experience preferred
