The main objective of this role is to ensure that all support responsibilities are performed as per the customer SLA. We reward our employees with competitive compensation, flexible time off, a retirement plan with company match and much more… Glimpse of Responsibilities and Abilities · Communicate updates to the customer post launch, regular monitoring, act as a liaison between teams, and react to callouts. · Troubleshoot and analyze customer problems. · Implement bug fixes for customer problems. · Implement XSLT solutions for Device Managed Service. · Deliver monthly support reports for customer. · Answer customer questions. · On-going input into process & product improvements. · Assist in building strong customer relationships. · Available for on-call support issues. · Minimal domestic travel may be required for this role. · Local candidates preferred, no relocation assistance is available for this position. Preferences · Previous technical support experience. · Knowledge of Personalisation and Artificial Intelligence. · Experience working with customers in different regions. · Excellent customer service skills. · Prior experience with J2EE, Oracle, and various application servers. · Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Capable of working to tight deadlines when required. Requirements · 2-5 yrs extensive knowledge and ability to implement XSLT solutions. · 2-5 yrs in-depth experience in Java development. · 2-5 yrs use of internet technologies (e.g. Servlets, JSPs, HTTP, XML, XSLT) · Candidates should be capable of working on assignments either in a team or individually as the need arises. · Proven prior contributor to the development of a group in terms of quality, productivity and team goals is required.
