Support Manager:

As a Support Manager you will fill in for other department managers on an as needed basis.  It could be part of your responsibility to open or close the store.  In addition, you will also maintain the health and safety of the pets in our care.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure the health and safety of the pets in our care
• Replenishment of dog and cat consumables and hard goods
• Ensure positive customer experience

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum three years related experience working in a retail environment
• Minimum two years management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comfortable operating various systems including:  Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
