Point of Sale (POS) Support Representative
Nebraska Book Company, Inc., a leading developer of software for the Bookstore industry, currently has a Point of Sale Support position open. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills to provide telephone and email support in assisting all clients. Candidate will also provide on site training to clients throughout the United States and Canada. Travel is required.
Provide on site training throughout U.S. and Canada; Provide Software support to our clients via telephone and email; Help clients maintain servers, registers, scanners and printers. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Excellent oral and interpersonal skills; Detailed problem solver; A valid Drivers License is required. Must be able to obtain a valid Passport; Familiarity with POS and retail systems; College degree preferred.
