West Point Products, a division of Clover Technologies Group, is currently seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of Support Specialist Level 1 at our Valley Grove, WV, facility. The Support Specialist Level 1 is responsible for providing first level support contact to end users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for responding to IT support requests and tech support phone when assigned
2. Acts as after hours support contact for business critical issues when assigned
3. Must respond to IT support requests within 15 minutes of receipt
4. All IT support requests should be resolved within 24 hours unless an emergency or expectations set
5. Seek assistance from level II support or next available level if unable to resolve IT support requests
6. Maintain proper communications between requestors and top support level
7. Participates in project work as required by senior project managers and Director of Support
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
