The Consultant is responsible for building relationships with hospital staff and promoting Horizon’s supportive home care services. Sales and/or health care experience preferred; however, the right attitude and winning personality could obtain you the position.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent (2- or 4-year degree preferred). Requires a valid WI driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
