Responsible for working with Surfaces Account Executive and District Manager Sales - Surfaces to develop and implement strategic account management plans to meet revenue and profit goals, presenting features and benefits of Surface products, presenting and implementing value added programs, developing relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders, coordinating with the SAE for business reviews with key customers, developing and explaining clinical and financial benefits with key customers, managing patient rounds, and achieving financial and strategic territory goals for assigned territory. This position reports directly to the District Manager Sales – Surfaces.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree: Required
- Two years patient care experience in surfaces market place: Required
- Two years marketing or sales experience in a consultative selling process: Preferred
- Ability to manage change and multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written format
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently without supervision
- Ability to deal effectively with customers, employees and business contacts, while conveying a positive service oriented attitude
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
- Ability to provide timely transportation as needed to perform duties
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, eliciting support and cooperation from coworkers
- Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and corporate functions when required
