Fortune 100 industry leader in surgical sales with a 3mm of existing business, has an immediate opening selling innovative surgical O/R products to major hospitals. Must be able to sell, coordinate and support products while reaching sales objectives; support and continue to develop clinical relationships and maintain company policies.
Functions:
New business development by converting competitor products in major accounts.
Minimum sales goal of 90%.
Increase account satisfaction levels by in-servicing and scrubbing in with surgeons, residents, fellows and other O/R personnel.
The ability to Identify and exceed the goals of the hospital.
BS/BA (4 years of college) or higher. 3+ years of documented success in the medical industry; surgical experience is preferred. 4-5 Overnights per month Territory: ND & NW Minnesota (1.5 hour radius) Understanding of vendor, distributor, hospital supply chain management. Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to develop/present business presentations/reviews. Strong documented pharmaceutical sales (non-pod) will also be considered, as well as top 20% B2B sales. ***MUST WEAR A BEEPER AND BE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK*** Requirements:
