Switchboard Operator
About the Job
CornerStone Staffing currently has a PBX Operator position available for a major FW hospital.
We are seeking candidates who will respond to internal and external calls from patients, visitors, employees and physicians.
- Looking for candidates with customer service experience dealing with high volume of calls.
- Must be comfortable with paging people overhead.
- Must have typing and computer skills to record logs of information into Excel.
- Need to be flexible to train on 1st shift for several weeks and then move to schedule shift which will be a 2nd shift Wednesday thru Sunday
- This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $11.50/hr
Job Requirements:
- Customer service/Call center experience (high volume)
- Stable job history
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- PBX operator experience a plus
- High School Diploma
- Clear drug screen and background
- Would need to complete additional testing (Advanced Spelling, Windows, Internet Explorer)
