Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate need for a Senior System Administrator - IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager to support a project based out of our Clarksburg, WV office.  The ideal candidate will act as the lead system administrator to design, install, and administrate the IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) to be integrated with the Tivoli Suite of Federated Identity and Access Management (COTS) products.  The system to be built will concurrently service 100,000+ in a Trusted Broker relationship via the Internet with users from the Department of Justice and other federal, state, tribal, and local law enforcement entities.

Areas of Focus:

·         Federated Identity (FIMS)

·         Trusted Broker (TB)

·         Portal Services (PS)

·         Identity and Access Management (IAM)

·         Web Services & Gateway (WS&G)

·         Integration of Future Service and Identity Providers

·         Centralized System Configuration/Provisioning Manager (CSC/PM)

·         Provide cost and schedule estimates for system enhancements

·         Research methods to infuse new technology

·         Interact with the clients to gather requirements

·         Assist with technical documents and presentations to the client

·         Maintain and update system documentation

·         Lead and mentor team of software engineers

Job Requirements

Due to the nature of the project, U.S. Citizenship is require as all candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills include 3+ years of  hands-on installation experience with multiple installations of  the following:

·         Federated Authentication – SAML, Liberty, JAAS, Kerberos, x.509,  RACF, OpenID, WS-Trust, GSO LockBox, TAM Token

·         Red Hat Enterprise Linux

·         Directory Standards – LDAP, AD, Sun Directory Server

PREFERRED SKILLS:

·         WebSphere Mobile Portal Accelerator

·         Coding Standards – HTML, XML, SPML, JAVA SCRIPT, VISUAL BASIC, .NET

·         National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)

·         Java Scripting for Identity Management

·         Workflow development and customization experience in similar products such as Oracle Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, CA E-trust, Identity Management and Courion

·         Existing security clearance

·         Applicable IBM product certifications
