This position is in the Service Desk and is responsible for providing IT support for the decentralized sites for BMPC, BPMI companies and Naval Reactor (NR) remote supported sites. The position has the functions of responding to IT service problems and requests, reporting, tracking and resolving IT problems, and training others on the use of NR Program standard applications, systems and tools.
The candidate will apply appropriate tools, trouble shooting and problem solving skills to manage multiple customer cases with effectiveness and efficiency. Also, the position includes interfacing with other IT areas to obtain information and assistance in resolving problems and participating in process and tool improvement efforts for the organization.
The candidate will be assigned project work and specific project tasks in support of the Service Desk and to deploy standard solutions and process improvements at all the sites.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related technical field.
