We have an immediate need for a System Support / Software Support
JOB DESCRIPTION
Contract assignment – 4+ months
Renton, WA
Candidate must have:
Flexibility in work hours is required as the support center.
Candidates must have proficiency in using computers, KANA, Oracle products and Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
The organization is implementing a new system to Go Live in January 2010. The successful implementation of this system hinges upon having a knowledgeable team of individuals to provide systems support to end users on the current tool as well as the new system going live, working in a team environment.
Successful candidates for this job must have a proven record of excellent customer service skills utilizing both verbal and written communications and demonstrated these skills in service oriented jobs. Critical listening and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to ask probing questions is essential. Need to be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Formal and On-the-Job training will be provided by system subject matter experts.
