We currently have an opening in our IT group for a Systems Analyst 3, with an ERP focus.

Responsibilities:

*Configuring the ERP software to support business requirements

 * Supporting the development team during design, construction and system testing

* Helps clients operate, optimize and manage the ERP environment

*    Provide support for the ERP application, including working with other IT staff and support partners, to provide timely resolution of user issues.

*  Work with various business teams to gather requirements, design, develop and document the ERP application in order to support business processes.

* Develop documentation and provide orientation and training to end users for all ERP system functionality.

* Participate in analysis and design of business processes, and implement ERP system enhancements to support the process changes.

* Establish and document standards, best practices, and business rules / processes that underlie the ERP system.

* Attendance at multi-day, off-site training sessions; minimal weekend and evening work, and response to after hour’s emergency calls, may be required.

Required:

* SQL experience

* Utilizing the tool SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

* Minimum three years experience as a Business Analyst using Financial ERP software

            * Ability to prepare and conduct business process analysis

             * Ability to create and develop design specifications

             * Ability to set up applications for gap/fit analysis

            * General knowledge of how to conduct gap/fit analysis

             * Experience in modeling business processes

* Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience providing client, and maintenance support for ERP systems, their associated databases and any additional related applications.

* Project Management / Leadership experience

* Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos and/or Hyperion and understands the associated cubes

* Strong Financial Acumen

* Financial ERP Implementation Experience

* Experience with installation/configuration base components of ERP software:  user groups, security, connections to databases, etc.

* Experience with Microsoft Technologies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including proficiency in developing system documentation to support knowledge transfer within the team.

* Experience supporting A/R, A/P, G/L, Sales and Inventory management within a manufacturing environment
