Systems Analyst

Duration: 4 - 6 month

Location:  Charlotte, NC or Menomonee Falls, WI

Seeking an individual to provide extensive data analysis and reporting in support of Data Center integration initiatives. This individual will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define data requirements and identify data sources, compile data from multiple cross-business sources, provide complex analysis of data, and present findings at an executive summary level to assist with project and remediation initiatives. 

Required Skills:          

• Experience and aptitude with Oracle, or another DBMS (i.e. strong SQL and data modeling knowledge)
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel
• Experience mining data, analyzing, and generating reports and graphs to be consumed at various levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and research problems/generate solutions
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
• Proven ability to work in a virtual environment
• Detail oriented with effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and provide timely completion of assigned tasks

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint uses/capabilities
