Position Description: Individual will be involved in test design, test planning, test execution and the evaluation/analysis of test results. Responsibilities include participating in the preparation and review of system development and acceptance plans; developing test concepts, requirements and related documentation; utilizing performance prediction and tactical evaluation programs to support test planning; participating in pre-test briefings and post-test debriefings; coordinating test activities; traveling to test sites and serving as technical adviser during tests; providing post test reports; maintaining the data collection data base and project web pages, and supporting the project Integrated Test Team (ITT). About 25% travel time involved. The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position: 9+ years experience directly related to this position. Requirements/Qualifications: Must be experienced in test and evaluation of major military weapons systems. Must be able to interact on a daily basis with the system developer and customer personnel and provide coordination with other contractors to achieve desired project results. Previous experience with systems/assets being developed is highly desired (details are classified). Degree in Electrical or Aeronautical Engineering preferred. Top Secret clearance required.
