Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer - Web Services to work on location at our Clarksburg, WV office.

The ideal candidate will utilize IBM DataPower Appliances, design, build, integrate, and test a robust Web Services integration between federated applications and the IBM Tivoli Suite of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products for identity and access management.  Initially, the position will focus on the transformation of MQ, text,  XML, NEIM, WDSL, XSD, SCA, and other input messaging formats into system desired formats.  The position will soon expand as the needs of legacy application migration are discovered.   The system to be built will concurrently service 100,000+ users from the Department of Justice and other federal, state, tribal, and local law enforcement entities.

Job Requirements

Due to the nature of the project, all candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills include 5+ years of  hands-on installation experience with the majority  of  the following:

·         Websphere DataPower XI50

·         Decomposition of and extraction of message and security information for various data streams.

·         Transformation and Recomposition into multiple data formats.

·         Working knowledge of  WDSL, XML, XSD, SCA, UDDI

·         Working Knowledge of SAML, Liberty, JAAS, Kerberos, x.509,  RACF, OpenID, WS-Trust, GSO LockBox, TAM Token

·         Directory Standards – LDAP, AD, Sun Directory Server

·         Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts, practices and transitional plans.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

·         Tivoli WebSeal (TWS)

·         Coding Standards – HTML, XML, SPML, JAVA SCRIPT, VISUAL BASIC, .NET

·         National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)

·         Java Scripting for Identity Management

·         Justice Reference Architecture (JRA),  HSPD-12, NIST 800 series publications, OMB-M-04-04, Federal PKI Bridge, and Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management (GFIPM) framework.

·         Workflow development and customization experience in similar products such as Oracle Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, CA E-trust, Identity Management and Courion

·         Existing security clearance

·         Applicable IBM product certifications

• Database design experience based on requirements and application developer cooperation
